Sonshine: Thoughts Under The Sun

Greetings! I'm still not satisfied with this color scheme, so I'll mess with it later. I want to do some blogging about our trip to the Sonshine Music Festival last week in Willmar, MN with the Luverne UMC Youth Group.

It was a great week. A relaxing week for me. There is something about being with old friends who know you best and love you anyway that is soothing, gracefilled, comfortable. Youth Ministry can take it's toll on you after a while, but last week I was reminded of it's special task and blessing from God.

Sometimes, when working with youth, God blesses you with a little glimpse of what heaven is like, just a little slice of the pie to remind you to press onward. Little things that go unnoticed if you aren't paying attention.

Little things, that are huge things in the scheme of things. Last week we were able to experience many of these. Thank you God for blessing us! Laughter, Tears, Girlfriends, Memories, Childlike Faith, Teamwork, Praising in the Midst of the Storm .... Coming home .... changed.

And God Is Good ... All The Time, And All The Time .... Good Is Good!
